On-Site People Practices Partner: Leadership & Inclusion
DPR Construction
DPR Construction seeks a People Practices Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals on a Large Project Site. You will guide leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and culture initiatives, driving inclusion and belonging across admin and craft teams. Based on a fully on-site role, you will travel to project sites weekly, including Temple, TX, with competitive per diem and travel incentives.
