Patient Navigator RN – Prostate CancerSpokane Urology is seeking a dedicated, highly organized Patient Navigator RN to oversee comprehensive care coordination for our prostate cancer patients. In this role, you will serve as the primary clinical guide for patients navigating diagnosis, complex treatment pathways, and long-term disease management.Our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where true teamwork drives clinical excellence and patient success. Working autonomously alongside our top-tier physicians and multidisciplinary oncology team, you will ensure seamless access to advanced therapies, precise treatment tracking, and compassionate, individual-focused care.Role & ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Patient Navigation: Guide prostate cancer patients through all stages of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.Therapy & Medication Management: Oversee patient access to specialized oncology therapies, manage in-office dispensing (IOD) medications, and coordinate and administer IV infusions.Care Coordination: Build, track, and evaluate clinical care plans, ensuring timely interventions, continuous progress monitoring, and clear communication across the multidisciplinary care team.Autonomous Clinical Leadership: Utilize strong critical thinking and analytical skills to independently manage complex patient needs while consulting physicians for clinical guidance when necessary.Key QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.Strong clinical background in oncology, urology, or complex care coordination preferred.Exceptional organizational, critical-thinking, and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to track outcomes independently.Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to delivering empathetic, high-touch patient advocacy.Ready to make a meaningful impact in specialized patient care?
