Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a Short-Term Acute Care setting. This position requires working with a diverse range of cases and providing specialized rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through various treatment modalities.
- Manage and implement treatment plans for orthopedic, neuro, and surgical cases (pre and post-operative).
- Perform soft tissue mobilization and instrument-guided soft tissue techniques.
- Engage patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
- Conduct gait training and neuro re-education sessions.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Pending state license accepted.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule:
The position offers a 5x8 schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with guaranteed hours of 40 hours in a workweek. Flexibility for scheduling can be discussed.
Additional Information:
- The facility is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
- A crew will be scheduled for the day after major holidays, with some schedule flexibility.
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
- Free parking available for staff.
