Mechanical Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing new products physical structure design within the lighting industry. The ideal candidate should have an associate bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or relative major, with plentiful new product development experience for complex mechanism design. The candidate should also have expertise in leading and guiding engineers to find solutions during new product development stages, and team management experience to achieve KPIs together with the team. Key Responsibilities and accountablities :

• Lead a Mechanical Engineering team for Lighting product ID to mechanism design;
• Design verification and troubleshooting;
• Responsible for new product design and development from NPI to Mass production;
• Monitor projects schedule to ensure all deliverables are completed on time;
• Conduct development schedule and cost analysis, review new product roadmap;
• Involve overseeing a team of design engineers, training and backup interviews;
• Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
• Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
