Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City, MO seeks a Life Coach to help youth learn skills for adulthood. The role works with a team to assess needs and create learning opportunities, coordinating activities that promote self-sufficiency and independent living. You will facilitate daily activities, teach new skills, ensure safety, manage behaviors, and reinforce treatment plans, while documenting client information.
