Full-time opportunities available Consistent schedules based on assigned shift Competitive shift differentials: Night shift differential available Weekend shift differential available for both day and night shifts NEW Enhanced Weekend Night Shift Differential Full-time team members work a set 2-week schedule: 7 days out of 14 days worked Every other weekend off Supportive team environment with strong clinical leadership Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Available Shifts: Day Shift (12-hour): 6:45 AM- 7:15 PM Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assistresidents with daily personal care and hygiene Assistwith feeding residents Weigh residents using upright, chair, and mechanical lift scales Assistwith turning and positioning of residents Transfer residents using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for safety Assist residents with mobility needs, including safe use of wheelchairs, walkers, and canes as appropriate Demonstrate safe use of medical equipment (mechanical lifts, side rails, braces, splints, oxygen, mobility aids) Helpkeep residents’ rooms clean and properly supplied Make and change beds (unoccupied and occupied) Ambulate residents requiring minimal assistance Perform skin checks and report any abnormalities to the nurse Respond to call lights and take appropriate action Immediately report any abuse, neglect, incidents, or changes in resident condition to the nurse Communicateresidentrequests or concerns in a timely manner Requirements: Current Missouri CNA certification Minimum age of 18 Full-time team members are eligible to participate in our benefits program, including: Sign on Bonus for eligible candidates Paid Holidays Earned Time Off Medical Insurance options Retirement Benefits including Employer Match Life Insurance option including an Employer Paid Plan Long-term & Short-term Disability Employee Assistance Program Dental & Vision Insurance Critical Illness & Accident Coverage On Demand Pay through Tapcheck and Residents that you will fall in love with!
