Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description We are a property management company seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities: Complete apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, cleaning, and minor upgrades Perform routine maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks Respond to resident work orders and emergency maintenance calls promptly Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure high satisfaction Occasionally coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs Participate in an After-Hours emergency call rotation Snow removal is required. Communicate with Property Manager and Regional Managers Requirements: 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily housing Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry , and appliance repair Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks on time Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation HVAC/EPA certification is a plus but not required Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Paid time off and holidays On-call pay and opportunities for overtime Supportive team environment with growth potential
