Who we are looking for:The Business Strategy and Planning, Officer plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day operations, reporting, and communications for the Global Client Implementation (GCI) organization. This role sits at the intersection of content, business management, and execution, supporting the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for GCI.Why this role is important to us:Business Management, Governance & ReportingSupport the GCI CAO in managing key business management processes and reporting for the global organization, including headcount, financials, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level summariesSupport governance routines (e.g., business reviews, risk forums, audit tracking)Communications & Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate across teams for content creation for senior forums, leadership updates, and cross‑functional communicationsAct as a trusted partner to the GCI CAO helping drive follow‑through on commitments, decisions, and action itemsOwn the implementation communication plan and manage the execution (e.g. SharePoint management, Viva posts)Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, learning, and cultural initiatives within the GCI organizationOperational Excellence & EnablementDrive continuous improvement in global business management processes, leveraging tools, templates, and automation where appropriateLeverage AI tools (including Copilot) to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and content qualitySupport ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects as neededEducation & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience in business management, consulting, operations, or financial servicesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) and experience with reporting tools and dashboards preferredExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skillsStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of attention to detailAbility to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environmentSalary Range:The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
