Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS Must-Have: Telemetry experience Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 47 Number of Staff: 65 Day Shift: 1 Charge RN/CNC, 9-10 nurses, 4 LNA s, 1 Monitor Tech, 1 Secretary Night Shift: 1 Charge RN/CNC, 9 nurses, 4 LNA s, 1 Monitor tech Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:5 on nights Type of Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Bladder scanners, Client chest tube drainage systems, Dinamaps, Vein finder, etc. EMR: Sunrise Patient Population: Med-surg telemetry, moderate acuity. Typical Patients: Vascular and bariatric patients Typical Procedures: Not a procedural unit Best Personality Fit: Hard worker Floating Areas: Med-surg telemetry units Dress Code: Scrubs, no assigned color Weekends: Every other weekend
