Job Description SafeSite Solutions is currently hiring experienced Site Safety Coordinators for an upcoming Data Center construction project in Arizona. This is a long-term opportunity supporting a high-profile mission critical project environment. We are seeking safety professionals who are dependable, proactive, and experienced in fast-paced construction settings. Position Details Position: Site Safety Coordinator Location: Arizona Industry: Data Center Construction Schedule: overtime available Duration: Approximately 6+ months Start Date: July 2026 Employment Type: 1099 Contractor Responsibilities Enforce site‑specific and OSHA safety policies Conduct daily site audits and inspections Maintain safety documentation and reports Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Coordinate with site leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings Stop unsafe work when necessary Requirements Previous construction safety experience required Data center experience OSHA 30 required OSHA 500/510 required CPR/First Aid Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work long hours in active construction environments Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Experience Mission critical/data center projects Electrical and mechanical construction environments High‑volume subcontractor coordination Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms Compensation Competitive hourly rate Overtime available Per diem may be available depending on candidate location and project needs Company Description SafeSite Solutions LLC is seeking experienced Site Safety Coordinators to support large-scale data center and commercial construction projects.
