Qualifications & Experience

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license/credentials for Indiana.
• Experience supporting speech and language services within schools, particularly at the PreK-12 level.
• Capable of adapting to a dynamic district environment while building assignments and geographic placements are finalized.
• Ready to comply with all standard background and district clearance requirements.
• Eager to work with a variety of student needs and collaborate on individualized intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students, following established goals and treatment plans under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Accurately document student progress and provide timely updates to supervising SLPs.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed.
• Communicate with teachers, families, and other staff to support student outcomes.
