Technical Program Manager III, System Engineering, Pixel Hardware

Manage development of Pixel hardware products and drive the overall execution of the team.Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability.Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.Interface between joint development partners and cross functional Engineering and Operation teams.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management.Experience managing consumer electronics system engineering.Experience across all phases of hardware product development from prototype to mass production.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience with consumer electronics and shipping products.Knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and development planning.Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors against plans.Ability to take initiative and drive several tasks at once.Passion for improving processes and plans.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
