Head of Data Platform & AI (Fully Remote)

Develop and own the technical strategy and roadmap for Octave's data platform and AI/ML capabilities. Shape company-level direction by bringing a data and AI perspective to decisions about where Octave competes and grows. Lead, mentor, and develop the existing Data Platform team while staying close to technical work. Recruit exceptional talent and build specialized capabilities as product and business needs warrant. Champion rigorous approaches to model evaluation, observability, and responsible AI. Establish strong engineering practices around data quality, testing, and reliability. Octave is a modern behavioral health practice offering evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy in-person and virtually. They focus on quality care and payer partnerships to make therapy affordable, with a growing team and a culture of empathy and collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Octave
