Warehouse Associate - Inventory Cycle Counter

The Cycle Counter ensures inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, verifying shipment and transfer paperwork, and maintaining precise documentation of material flow within the warehouse. 

• Location: Mesquite, TX 75149
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM with OT as needed
• Pay rate: $14

Duties:

• Perform cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods; compare against bills of materials and pick lists.

• Audit receipts of goods and materials received through transfers and purchase orders.

• Identify and report discrepancies between physical counts and paperwork.

• Research inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

• Assist with material movements and support inventory count programs.

• Provide coverage in other areas during staff shortages, as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related inventory or warehouse experience.

• Strong math skills and high attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to interpret shipping documents.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in a warehouse environment, with occasional desk/computer work.

• Moderate walking and standing; light lifting required.

• Must follow all company safety policies and regulations.
