We are currently looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our team of dedicated professionals. Every role within our organization is crucial to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care, and we are committed to helping our associates reach their full potential through collaboration with strong multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a commitment to maintaining good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with a commitment to keeping it current throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Deliver nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
