Air Reserve Technician Inspection & Aero Repair Flight Chief
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Inspection & Aero Repair Flight Chief, exercising technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing trades and labor work. Trains reservist in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.
1: Performs work planning responsibilities.
2: Performs work direction responsibilities.
3: Performs administrative responsibilities.
4: Applies Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Equal Opportunity Treatment (EOT) principles and requirements to all personnel management actions and decisions, and ensures all personnel are treated in a manner free of discrimination.
5: Ensures education in, compliance with, and practice of security directives, good safety, and health habits in all work areas.
6: Reserve Training.
