Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient and rehabilitation services. Candidates must have completed an accredited Physical Therapy program. An active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required. A current BLS certification is necessary. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Local candidates will not be considered; a verifiable address within 50 miles of the facility is required.
