Senior CPQ/RCA Developer

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Senior CPQ/RCA Developer. Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain price books, product rules and discount schedules
- Collaborate with sales, product management and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and provide ongoing support
- Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
- Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity
- Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs
- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
- Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues as necessary
- Keep abreast of new technology developments
- Complete bug fixes
- All other duties as assigned
- BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of CPQ development experience
- RCA experience at a development level
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
- Hands-on with Apex Coding and Lightning Web Development Coding
- CPQ API Web Development
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and discount structures
- Experience with product catalog setup, including bundling and configuration
- Previous experience working with a global, enterprise Salesforce implementation including Sales, Marketing and/or Service Clouds
- Demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform and integrations including, but not limited to CPQ, Einstein Analytics, etc.
- Participation in refactoring existing development to improve underlying foundation
- Ability to map business and functional requirements to Salesforce out of box features and functionality
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, data loader
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows including triggers, SOQL and SOSL
- Strong knowledge of data sharing rules and functionality
- Familiarity with Apex, and Lightning with Aura and Lightning with web components
- Familiarity with Copado CI/CD or other CI/CD tools
- Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net
- Strong research skills
- Strong knowledge in industry best practices in development
- Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Copado CRT, Jenkins, Selenium, Neoload and/or other automation tools is a plus
- Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components
- Ability to complete complex bug fixes
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Siebel a plus
