Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time RDN CBORD Specialist for the Cleveland Clinic hospitals in Ohio. This position will maintain the CBORD patient menu ordering platform and support patient dining operations at 7 hospitals across Ohio. 

Schedule Hybrid

• Monday- Friday. 40% Remote Work + 60% Onsite at Cleveland Clinic Hospitals.

Onsite work will be primarily at Fairview Hospital or Akron General Hospital. Weekly schedule can vary depending on current projects or business need. #LI- Hybrid.

Job Responsibilities

• Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu sytem including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information.
• Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance
• Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary
• Creates and analyzes pateint dining reports on regular basis
• Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis
• Develop and manage process improvement iniatives for patient dining across the hospital system
• Create and present training and onboarding for patient dining and call center staff on various topics
• Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital adminstration
• Reviews patient dining policies quarterly and makes suggestions for updates as required
• Visits hosital locations weekly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field. 
• Active Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) with CDR required
• At least 1 yearof food service operations experience in a hospital or long term care preferred 
• Strong working knowledge of patient dining software. CBORD knowledge highly preferred. 
• Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for various groups including hospital administration

Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
