We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in NY, NY. A Day in the Life Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants Prepare presentation materials including drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design concepts Review project scope with construction project managers Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction Necessary Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 4+ years of relevant experience Revit experience required Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite Experience producing construction drawings is required Make Your Move At OneFourTwo, we believe that every structure has a unique story to tell.
