Position Summary These retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. They foster a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of customers and occasional buyers alike. The team delivers an exceptional experience, maintains meticulous product presentations, and is a subject‑matter expert in all products and services. Responsibilities Generate revenue: achieve revenue growth through customer service and meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics. Store maintenance: engage in visual merchandising according to guidelines, including proper signage, sales, and cleanliness. Maintain professional appearance per dress code. Protect company assets and manage store inventory: processing shipments, resetting merchandise, and performing accurate product counts. Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Job Required Knowledge and Skills Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
