We are currently hiring Shift Leaders for an upcoming Subway® location at:
1142 Hill Rd
Pickerington, OH
This location is currently under renovation and is expected to open in the coming months (timeline TBD).
Shift Leaders will be hired immediately and begin training at one of our nearby locations:
Once the new store opens, you will transition to the Pickerington location and play a key role in supporting daily operations and helping set the tone for the team.
This is a strong opportunity to step into leadership and be part of launching a new store. As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Shift Leader will focus on six main things:
Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. *You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location

Once the new store opens, you will transition to the Pickerington location and play a key role in supporting daily operations and helping set the tone for the team.
This is a strong opportunity to step into leadership and be part of launching a new store. As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Shift Leader will focus on six main things:
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Being a team player
- Cascading training to Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilities
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Practicing inventory control standards
- Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
- Completing paperwork as needed
- Brand partnership discounts

- Hands on career experience in a restaurant business
