Research Assistant Professor / Post‑Doctoral Fellow – Division of Community Medicine and Public Health Practice This position is offered by the School of Public Health and will commence as soon as possible on a one‑year temporary (RAP) or one‑to‑two‑year temporary (PDF) basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. Responsibilities Contribute to a research project on nursing leadership, nursing practice and nursing education related to nursing professionals in Hong Kong. Assist the Principal Investigator in planning, coordinating, and implementing research, including literature review, data collection, and data analysis. Design project and survey instruments, assess methodologies, and develop assessment tools and questionnaires. Prepare manuscripts, research findings, presentation materials, evaluation reports, and other related documents. Supervise Post‑Doctoral Fellows (for RAP) and Research Assistants. Collaborate with project administration and teaching teams and perform other relevant tasks as assigned. Qualifications Hold a Ph.D. in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, Statistics, or a related health‑related discipline. Have multiple years of relevant experience and a strong competency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese. Post‑doctoral research experience, particularly in nursing, public health, and primary healthcare research, is desirable. Possess an excellent publication and teaching track record.
