Technical Support Representative

We are looking for people like this to join our friendly, engaged, professional team.Role: Technical Support SupportDuration: 3 month contract to hireLocation: onsite in Thomasville, NCRate: 25-30hr (max rate is not guaranteed as it is based off experience)Details:*MUST KNOW HOW TO CREATE SCRIPTS, POWERSHELL PREFERRED*• Maintain system images using currently available imaging tools/techniques• Build/prepare new system images for new hardware rollouts• Reimage system with hardware failures• Provide 3rd level technical support• Diagnose and repair Windows Desktop software• Install software as required• Scan for and remediate security vulnerabilities• Recommend proven vulnerability remediations for application to broader audience• Maintain asset list of retired/recycled inventory• Provide updates to leadership on trends and/or recurring issues with hardware and software Address and respond to customer inquiries on technical products and services including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenanceMUST HAVES:1. 3+ years strong troubleshooting with hardware and software2. scripting experience (Powershell preferred, but open) - Must know how to create scripts3. experience in large environment4.
