AP Specialist

CV Resources has partnered with a well-established Construction company in North Denver to find an AP Specialist to add to their growing team! Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices, including performing accurate three-way matching Prepare and mail weekly garnishment checks Enter and process ACH payments and credit card transactions Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AP processing Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal customers in a timely and professional manner Assist with monthly close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting Provide support for additional AP functions and workflows as needed Review and reconcile vendor statements to maintain account accuracy Communicate regularly via email and telephone with internal requestors and collaborate effectively with the AP department Qualifications A self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong communication skills, analytical thinking capability, and excellent organizational skills Familiarity with basic accounting principles and AP processes is preferred PandoLogic.Keywords:Accounts Payable or Receivable Specialist, Location:Henderson,CO-80640, PL:604010747bfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
