Key Responsibilities Lead Front of House or Back of House shifts with clear expectations and active presence Prepare for shifts by reviewing staffing and operational priorities Coach and support Team Members with respectful, real-time feedback Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Promote a positive, accountable, and respectful team culture Front of House Focus Support drive-thru, front counter, dining, and carry-out operations Ensure order accuracy and speed of service Coach Team Members on warm, attentive guest interactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Identify and resolve service bottlenecks efficiently Back of House Focus Lead kitchen production and flow during all meal periods Support breading, fryers, assembly, prep, and sanitation tasks Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Coach Team Members on kitchen safety and equipment use Create a safe, organized kitchen environment Qualifications Preferred experience in restaurant, food-service, hospitality, or leadership roles Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills Positive, humble, dependable leadership style focused on team success Ability to coach and hold others accountable respectfully Strong attention to detail in food quality, safety, and guest service Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends and holidays Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Training and Development Receive structured training and hands-on coaching to build leadership skills Develop expertise in deployment, coaching, guest recovery, and problem-solving Grow with clear expectations and support for advancing into higher leadership roles Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family owned and privately held restaurant company founded in 1967 by S.
