Health & Wellness Nurse - Travel Required (MD)

Position Summary Traveling Health & Wellness Nurse Coach covering Baltimore, Westminster, Frederick, Hagerstown, Elkridge, Columbia, Myersville, Bethesda, Newark. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Travels to one site per day. No weekend work, no calls, paid major holidays. Mileage reimbursement (home to worksite). Must become a certified health coach within 24 months (reimbursement). Provide health evaluations for participants (review Health History Questionnaire, blood lab results, anthropometric measurements, fitness level). Establish individualized goals and recommendations to reduce health risk. Conduct evaluations via teleconference when site unavailable. Perform additional tasks assigned by Nurse Manager. Qualifications Valid Registered Nursing License for state(s) in which the program operates. Valid CPR certification. Valid driver's license; own vehicle and current personal auto insurance. Proficient in basic computer applications. Excellent motivation and coaching skills. Other Requirements Sitting: 25–50% of time; Standing 25–50%; Walking 25–50%; Bending occasionally; Lifting up to 75 lbs. Manual dexterity; use of standard office equipment. Availability for all scheduled hours including overtime as needed. Travel up to 100% of time.
