Hiring: Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer Location: Spring, TX Local candidates only must be located within 40 miles of Spring, TX We're looking for a highly experienced Data/Analytics Engineer with 10 plus years of overall experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or advanced analytics. Core Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or advanced analytics. Advanced SQL & experience with large/complex datasets Strong Python programming Hands-on Databricks experience Modern ELT/ETL pipeline development Data modeling, data architecture & data product design Spotfire analytics experience Experience integrating analytical applications with business workflows Preferred Domain Experience: Oil & Gas Unconventional Resources ComboCurve forecasting & economic evaluation Understanding of Reservoir Engineering, Asset Planning, Economics & Capital Allocation Data governance / master data management Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams. Overall Experience: 10 plus years required Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
