Senior Accounting Manager

Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting (42664) Our client, a global publicly traded company, is seeking a Senior Manager to manage global revenue accounting, contract reviews, and ASC 606/ SOX Compliance. This is an exciting role for a hands‑on manager willing to own process optimization and drive initiatives company‑wide. Responsibilities: Oversee and enforce global revenue recognition policies. Ensure conformance with ASC 606 and US GAAP guidelines across all revenue streams. Partner with Sales, Legal and Business operations. Review complex, nonstandard customer contracts and identify core revenue recognition implications. Direct monthly and quarterly revenue close processes. Improve operation and financial workflows. Manage compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) Section 404. Coordinate with external auditors for reviews and annual audits. Qualifications: Required degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required A minimum of 7 years of related professional accounting experience, ideally with a background in public accounting or revenue accounting. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
