Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details

Travel Occupational Therapist jobs in Alpena, MI require an active driver license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and a clean DMV report. You must have experience with ortho, neuro, and pediatric populations and hold a BLS (AHA) certification. This role covers mostly outpatient care with some acute care responsibilities, serving both pediatric and general populations. You will assess and treat patients to promote independence, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with medical staff to enhance daily living skills. Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: OT-MI Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years Licensure (MI LARA) & Certifications (BLS - AHA) Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction) ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Ortho, Neuro, Peds Experience - Required
