We are currently adding to our team of excellent healthcare professionals for RNs who have hospital Labor and Delivery experience. Schedule: This is a per diem position. Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between the hours of 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM and 7:00 PM‑7:00 AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs. Location: Stillwater, MN Pay rate: Up to $85/hour depending on experience. Required Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Licensed as an RN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, or holds a Wisconsin RN license and Minnesota State Registry. At least 1 year of labor and delivery experience. BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC). Current NRP certification. STABLE certification. Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation. What we ask of you Perform patient‑centered, safe, effective, and timely patient care based on each patient’s needs within the RN scope of practice. Communicate effectively with patients and families, including providing updates in a timely manner. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member. Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health‑care team members and across the organization.
