Companion Caregiver

We are seeking a dependable and engaging caregiver for a companion and personal support position. The caregiver will work closely with one client, providing support and meaningful activities at home and in the community Responsibilities Include: Taking the client out into the community for activities and outings Assisting and teaching him basic cooking skills Providing support and transportation to his Special Olympics practices and events Offering companionship, encouragement, and support throughout the day Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle to transport the client into the community Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred Schedule: 11 AM - 5 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
