Responsibilities Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator Qualifications Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Minimum of 2 years long-term care or subacute experience is preferred Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Part-time, 3-11PM shift Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ccshorrockgardens
