Inventory Control ManagerIntegr8staff seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead the inventory process control and guide the operational flow to achieve the best standards of service and quality for transportation and logistics.Responsibilities of the Inventory Control Manager position include:Utilize effective communication to ensure proper policies and procedures are being implemented and executed across departments to assure inventory accuracyCreate and implement systems to monitor and track inventory through the distribution chainIdentify and resolve issues and create permanent solutionsMonitor and enforce a process audit program by department or functional areaPerform administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse engineering and impact to the operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reportsUtilize planning and execution skills to clearly set team and individual priorities, and proactively structure resources to meet themSafeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols while maintaining a safety-first cultureGuide team members by setting goals, establishing clear expectations, providing constructive feedback and holding mutual accountability to develop and strengthen each member of the teamOversee the performance management process for all Operations Inventory Control team membersTrain, coach, support, and supervise operational leaders through this process as neededFacilitate, support, and participate in all senior leadership activities and meetings as assignedRequirements of the Inventory Control Manager position include:Bachelors degree, preferably in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain or related businessMinimum of 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing, Production, or Distribution environment and applicable engineering or management experience.Experience with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExperience with performance metrics and process improvementAbility to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands including overnight, weekends and holidaysUpdated resume is required for consideration.
