Bring your passion for customer service, organization, and operational excellence to a role where you manage high-volume fulfillment operations, support your team, and ensure every customer order is accurate, on time, and handled with care.Main responsibilities:Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillmentDeliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionallyCoordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systemsMonitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfactionCreate and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectationsPartner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting ordersHire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team cultureEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standardsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:Soft skills:Strong customer-service focus with excellent communication skillsEffective people management, coaching, and team-building abilitiesStrong organization, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCompetencies:Digital order fulfillment and pickup/delivery operationsLabor planning, scheduling, and productivity managementPerformance metric tracking and continuous improvementOperational standards, food safety, and compliance executionKnowledge:Retail, e-commerce, or Home Shopping operationsStore systems, handheld technology, and fulfillment platformsAbilities:Ability to review performance data and take corrective actionAbility to train, coach, and develop associatesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environmentsTravel requirements: NoneOther requirements: Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business ConductWe also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay). Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
