Rental Prep Technician

Full-Time | Hourly | Benefits Eligible

At RECO Equipment Inc., we supply and support some of the industry's leading heavy equipment brands, including Link-Belt, Liebherr, Hitachi, Rokbak, Cummins, and Isuzu. We're looking for a motivated Rental Prep Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment clean, organized, and ready for our customers.

Requirements:

What You'll Do

Prepare rental equipment for customer delivery and return
Load and unload equipment and attachments
Inspect equipment, document condition, and complete electronic inspection reports
Pressure wash, clean, fuel, and perform basic maintenance on machines
Organize and maintain the equipment yard and shop
Assemble and prepare new equipment, including manufacturer inspections and accessory installation
Assist service technicians with basic tasks as needed
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for inspections and photos
Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as needed
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
Team player with a safety-first mindset
