Physical Therapist Assistant

Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PRN in-home therapy services for elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients. Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility and balance training, and use of adaptive equipment to promote safety and independence at home. You will document visits, monitor patient progress, and communicate changes to the care team.
