What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire Motivate and guide a team of 520 during each shift, setting the tone for excellence.
- Deliver Remarkable Hospitality Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly Manage team assignments, breaks, and real-time challenges.
- Serve Others Support front- and back-of-house operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Coach & Develop Train and mentor team members to help them grow in their roles and careers.
- Solve Problems with Confidence Approach challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Maintain a Safe & Inviting Environment Ensure cleanliness, safety, and fun for both guests and team members.
