Call Center Agent Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Make outbound calls to inactive or lapsed customers using provided call lists and scripts.
- Engage customers, identify reasons for inactivity, and provide information on products or services.
- Address customer questions and overcome objections to encourage reactivation.
Call Center Agent Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers professionally.
- Previous customer service, call center, sales, or phone-based experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Ability to follow scripts, accurately document conversations, and learn product information quickly.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
