Craftsmen Contractors is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Duct Foreman/Supervisor for the Sweetwater, Texas area. This is for a long-term ongoing commercial project working day shifts, 60 hours per week. Need to be able to run refrigerant piping and handle installs of HVAC equipment.

HVAC Duct Foreman/Supervisor: $32/hour. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Per diem is offered for those who qualify.

Weekly pay by direct deposit.

Job Duties:

• Supervise Duct/HVAC workers
• Develop work schedules
• Ensure projects are at or under budget
• Report project progress to superiors
• Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Ensure workers are using safety practices
• Perform quality checks
• Install ductwork and duct fittings
• Help carry out ducting Installations as per approved drawings
• Follow correct installation practices, standards, and safety measures
• Read and comprehend blueprints, produce materials, and material take-offs
• Interpret equipment submittals and manufacturer's installation manuals

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an HVAC Duct Mechanic Foreman for HVAC - at least 3 years of commercial experience required with both metal and duct board and installation.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
