Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Join Plaza Healthcare's compassionate care team!

Plaza Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. About the Role:

As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting patients with daily living activities
• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs, such as pulse, blood pressure, and temperature
• Assisting patients with mobility and transferring between beds and wheelchairs
• Supporting patients with medication administration and medical treatments
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Documenting patient care and communication with the healthcare team
