Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency in geriatric rehabilitation, fall prevention programs, and restorative nursing collaboration preferred. Experience with electronic medical records documentation preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts). Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
