PLM Business Analyst

PLM Business Analyst - Functional Tester Role - Remote Location: Remote Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional software requirements to create detailed test cases and scripts.
- Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test plans.
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document test results and generate detailed test reports.
- Ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Functional Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst, with a strong focus on PLM projects .
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies .
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Strong ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scripts .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications.
- Experience with Team Center PLM .
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium , QTP ).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
