Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across segments. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy, guiding senior managers, influencing priorities, and fostering collaboration across product, channel, and operations. Job expectations include driving innovation, engaging executive stakeholders, ensuring governance, and delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and change leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments
• Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution
• Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives
• Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking
• Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of relevant business experience in CVL, the FC channel, or another specialty organization
• Proven experience in business strategy, program management, or strategic initiatives with demonstrated tangible results
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated strength in executive‑level presentations, visual storytelling, and strategic design
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual-thinking skills, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling recommendations
• Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leadership; strong executive presence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive timelines
• Ability to build credibility, drive consensus, and influence across teams and lines of business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
• Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and demonstrates excellent relationship-management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with internal teammates and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Bank of America products, services, resources, tools, and enterprise ways of working
