Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description: Join our team as an EV Concierge, where you will utilize exceptional customer service, marketing, and sales techniques to support both current and prospective electric vehicle (EV) owners. In this role, you will ensure an outstanding customer experience, fostering lasting relationships between customers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Your day‑to‑day activities will include answering product questions, discussing charging options, assisting with product orders or reservations, setting up dealership appointments, and addressing customer concerns with personalized, value‑driven solutions. Responsibilities Serve as the product expert for current and future EV product lines, including all associated products and services. Assist customers via chat, phone, and email with inquiries related to products, reservations, orders, dealerships, services, home‑charging, and recalls. Take ownership of customer interactions, ensuring all questions are answered comprehensively. Handle 80% phone work and 20% chat and email follow‑ups, including post‑case documentation. Essential Skills 1–2 years of experience in a customer service‑related profession. High‑volume call center experience. Computer navigation and typing proficiency. Strong reading comprehension, oral and written communication skills. Ability to quickly learn EV products and provide informed answers to customers. Basic understanding of electric vehicles and home charging options. Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strategic agility and acumen. Ability to filter and process customer perspectives and issues. Strong work ethic, ability to meet/exceed deadlines, and excellent organizational skills. Positive self‑starter with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Warren, MI. Fully remote. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
