Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: The Home Care Aide is under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist and in accordance with a plan of treatment to provide personal care and emotional comfort to patients in a variety of settings. The Home Care aide travels to patient homes and provides in-home care to assigned patients daily. The care provided must be age appropriate and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patients are to be met.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School/GEDLicenses/Certifications: CNA-Certified Nurses AssistantOther Licenses/Certifications: Valid Drivers License in current statusOwn transportation and auto insuranceBLS Certification from the American Heart AssociationOther skills/knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Phlebotomy ExperienceOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
