Position: Maintenance Manager Location: Emerald Edge Apartments – Franklin, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation Pay: $27–$29/hour (based on experience), plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives Hiring Bonus: $1,000 Bring Your Skills If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and making an impact, this role will keep you engaged every day. We’re looking for: 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential or multi-family settings Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances EPA certification (required) Ability to complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high standards Leadership experience preferred Availability for on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed) Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening Make an Impact Lead by example to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well maintained while embracing daily variety and challenges.
