Data Entry Specialist - REMOTE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating sensitive information. You'll play a key role in supporting team members and maintaining data integrity across our systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in legacy systems.
- Process a high volume of requests received primarily via email; occasional phone calls may be required to confirm or assist with requests.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate MS Office and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in a high volume and fast paced environment


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using Oracle systems.
- Experience with Inventory Management related data entry
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
