Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse - ICU

Role ICU Registered Nurse responsible for delivering critical care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions, operating advanced life support equipment. Administer complex medications and treatments following critical care protocols. Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional support, documenting all interventions accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain proficiency through ongoing education and adhere to infection control and safety standards. Educate patients and families about care and recovery processes. Qualifications & Skills One year of recent ICU experience and valid RN license. Current BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN and other critical care certifications preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in clinical procedures, documentation, and technology.
