About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Support Center Operations within its Payments Operations - Customer Service function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a 24x7 team that supports various payment services, including FedACH, Checks, Wholesale, FedNow, and FedLine connections. This role demands an executive leader with a strong background in payment systems, outstanding people management skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a complex, virtual team environment. The AVP will be at the forefront of setting the vision and strategy for customer service, ensuring a unified, service-agnostic offering, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the marketplace. Key activities for this position include engaging in production issues, providing oversight, and leading the team in a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with an MBA or similar post-graduate degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' business management experience, including 5 years of progressive leadership. The role requires a strong champion of diversity and inclusion, excellent change management skills, and the ability to build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders. The AVP will also be expected to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to innovation in enhancing the customer experience.
